If you're not satisfied after your first upload, contact us within 14 days for a full refund: this covers one-time packages and the first month of a subscription. After that, you can cancel a subscription anytime and won't be charged again, and we'll always refund a renewal you didn't use. If you've already used more of your package, reach out anyway and we'll work out a fair solution.

With credits, you only pay for what you use: 1 credit per 100 words, so longer papers need more. Paper analysis, the plagiarism check, and Defense Studio each spend their own credits from the same balance. The plagiarism check and Defense Studio are available on the Plus and Ultimate plans. One-time credits last 6 months; monthly credits last 12 months and roll over while you're subscribed, expiring at the end of your paid period if you cancel.

Yes. Our one-time packages are paid once, with no auto-renewal. If you prefer, you can choose an optional monthly plan instead. Nothing recurring is ever charged unless you pick it.
