University Licenses
PaperCheck works with selected universities, faculties, and student organizations to give their students full access to the platform at no cost. If your institution is a partner, you can run analyses, generate to-do lists, and prepare for your defense without paying anything at checkout.
How It Works for Students
If your university has issued you a voucher code, redeeming it takes three steps.
Open Your Invitation Link
Use the link or voucher code you received from your faculty, supervisor, or student support office. The voucher is recognised when it lands on the PaperCheck payment page.
Sign In or Create a Free Account
If you don't have a PaperCheck account yet, create one. Use your university email if your institution requires it.
Confirm Your Free License
Once we recognise the voucher, you'll see your university's name and a "Complete access" banner. Click Run PaperCheck to start your analysis. You don't enter a payment method; the package linked to your voucher (Basic, Plus, or Ultimate) unlocks automatically.
What Your License Includes
The exact features depend on the package your institution licensed. In most cases you'll get:
- Multiple uploads or revisions of your thesis.
- The automatic to-do list generated from your feedback.
- Defense preparation (if your institution licensed the Plus or Ultimate tier).
If you're unsure what's included, the redeem screen will show the package name and feature list before you confirm.
