Error Codes and Messages: PaperCheck Diagnostics

PaperCheck does not currently expose a full public error-code index in the product documentation. This page acts as a starting point for the most common problem classes.

Common Problem Types

• Upload failed
  Check the file format, file size, connection stability, and whether the document is corrupted.
• Analysis did not start or appears stuck
  Refresh the page, verify your package or credit context, and try again.
• Unexpected or incomplete results
  Recheck the document type, language, citation style, and how your custom checks are phrased.
• Feature unavailable
  Verify whether the feature is included in your package or current unlocked state.
