We want to reward the students who help their classmates discover PaperCheck. Share your personal link with a friend writing their thesis, and we'll give both of you free credits as a thank-you.

How It Works

You can complete all the three steps in less than a minute.

Grab Your Personal Link

Every account has a unique referral link on your Referral page. Copy it and share it however you like: WhatsApp, email, your study group chat, or a sticky note on a friend's laptop.

Your Friend Signs Up

When your friend opens your link and creates a PaperCheck account, they instantly receive 20 free credits to use on their thesis. They don't have to pay anything to claim them.

You Earn Credits Too

You receive credits when your friend hits real milestones in the product:

+10 credits when your friend uploads their first paper.
+40 credits when your friend makes their first purchase.

Credits land in your account automatically. You'll see a notification the moment they're applied.

If you have never made a purchase yourself, your total referral earnings are capped at 5 credits across all the friends you invite. Once you make a purchase of any plan, the cap is lifted and you can keep earning the full 10 and 40 credit rewards for every friend you bring on.

This keeps the program sustainable while still letting new users try it out.

What You Can Spend Referral Credits On

Referral credits work just like the credits from our Basic plan. You can use them to:

Run a full PaperCheck analysis on your paper.
Generate an automatic to-do list from the feedback.
Get page-by-page suggestions.

Defense Trainer access is not unlocked by referral credits. If you want defense preparation features, upgrade to the Plus or Ultimate plan.

Fair Use & Limits

To keep the program fair, a few sensible rules apply:

No self-referrals. Signing up with your own link won't grant credits.
Unique emails. You can't invite an email address that already belongs to your own account.
30-day window. Your friend has about a month after clicking your link to sign up. After that, the referral won't count.
First link counts. If your friend has already used another classmate's referral link, the credits will go to that person.

Where to Track Your Referrals

Open the Referral page at any time to see how many friends have signed up, how many credits you've earned, and how much of your free-user cap remains. The page also gives you a fresh copy of your link in case you need to send it again.
